Waltzing with Bears: Managing Risk by Tom DeMarco and Timothy Lister

This is a well-written and enjoyable read on about a subject that has
been sorely neglected – software project risk management. The authors
provide a number of case studies together with a breakdown of how their
risk management techniques would work for each. Interestingly, one of
their main techniques for risk reduction is the use of short iterative
delivery – one key tenets of the agile movement.
